We’re changing that.
With No-Fee November, Safe{Wallet} will sponsor Ethereum Mainnet gas fees for eligible users based on their SAFE token balance. It’s our way of rewarding long-term supporters and making mainnet multisig usage simpler, smoother, and more accessible.
Note: The feature will only be available in the web app under https://app.safe.global/ and will not be accessible in the Safe{Mobile} app.

Disclaimer for No-Fee November
This is a disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) of the Safe Ecosystem Foundation with registered office in Zug, Switzerland (“Foundation”, “We” or “Ours”) for No-Fee November (“Program”). You (“You”, “Your”) shall read it carefully.
The Program enables designated Safe{Wallet} users (“Eligible Users”) to initiate and complete transactions within their Safe{Wallet} accounts without incurring network fees on the respective blockchain networks. This is facilitated through Gelato Relay, an external service provider responsible for transaction relaying.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, and/or amend the Program or its terms, including but not limited to, the eligibility criteria for eligible users, at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change this Disclaimer at any time in our sole discretion. The version of the Disclaimer in effect at the time you access or use the Program governs such access and use. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version of the Disclaimer. Your continued use of the Program confirms that you have carefully read and understood this Disclaimer.
Our Role in the Program
We do not create, sign, execute, validate, or otherwise cause your transactions to occur on-chain. Our role is limited to sponsoring network fees for Eligible Users and to establish the criteria for you to become an Eligibile User.
We do not act as custodian, escrow agent, fiduciary, broker, exchange, validator, relayer, or money transmitter.
Safe{Wallet} is operated independently by Safe Labs GmbH. The Foundation does not manage Safe{Wallet} and does not have a contractual relationship with you. The Foundation is not responsible or liable for the operation or functionality of Safe{Wallet}.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Participation in the Program is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Program and Gelato Relay are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations, warranties, and covenants, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non‑infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and uninterrupted, timely, or error‑free operation, with respect to the Program, Gelato Relay, or any services obtained through them (if any).
In particular, we do not represent or warrant that transactions relayed via Gelato Relay will be executed on‑chain, executed within any particular timeframe, or meet your requirements.
Your representations and warranties
By using the Program, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge that:
you do not have any contractual right to receive sponsored transactions or to have us pay the network fees for your transactions;
you will not use, or encourage, instigate, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use, the Program for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose;
you are not the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by the UN, the United States, the European Union, or Switzerland;
you are not accessing or using the Program from any country or territory embargoed or otherwise restricted by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO);
you understand and accept that, by participating in the Program, your signed transactions are relayed to a third party (Gelato Relay) for submission to the network, and that such third party, without our involvement, will execute or attempt to execute your transactions;
we do not and will not hold, possess, control, or have access to your Safe{Wallet}, private keys, seed phrases, or any assets/funds associated with your Safe{Wallet}; and
you understand that creating, signing, executing, and/or relaying transactions involves significant risks, including, without limitation, the total loss of any funds associated with your Safe{Wallet}.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation, its affiliates, and their respective licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to access or use, the Program, any websites linked to it, or any content on the Program or such other websites. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; personal injury; pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use; loss of goodwill, and loss of data, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Miscellaneous
Nothing in this Disclaimer replaces or supersedes the terms between you and Safe Labs GmbH governing your access to and use of Safe{Wallet}. This Disclaimer is in addition to, and without prejudice to, those terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding the Swiss conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in conjunction with this Disclaimer shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Zug, Switzerland.
