The Safe{Wallet} mobile app (published by Core Contributors GmbH) is being deprecated soon. Safe Labs GmbH has published a new Safe{Mobile} app based on the Safe smart contracts.
To ensure a smooth transition, you can export your data from the Safe{Wallet} mobile app and import it into the new Safe{Mobile} app.
How to export your data
You can export your data directly from the old Safe{Wallet} app on iOS.
A short video guide below shows how to save this information securely to your iCloud Drive or the Files app on your device.
Your export file will include:
🔑 Private keys (encrypted)
👥 Address book
🧱 Safes (encrypted)
⚠️ The exported file is encrypted for your security. Keep it safe — anyone with access to this file and its password could access your data.
How to import into the new Safe{Mobile} app
When opening the new Safe{Mobile} app for the first time, you’ll see an option to Import Data.
Select the export file saved from your old app.
Enter the password you used when creating the export.
Your Safes, contacts, and related information will automatically appear in your new Safe{Mobile} app.

The previous version of the app will eventually be deprecated and removed from the app store. However as long as you have it still on your device you will be able to access it and in turn, export your data and private key from it.
